How long before my order is shipped?
- Most orders are shipped within twenty four hours. Orders received by 10:30am EDT may be shipped the same day. All mail leaves the Island by 12 noon.
Who do you use to ship?
- Most orders under two pounds are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii are also shipped via Priority Mail. Orders over two pounds are usually shipped via UPS.
How long does it take to get to my location?
- Most orders shipped to the Eastern time zone arrive in two to three days. In the Central time zone from two to four days. In the Mountain time zone from four to five days. In the Pacific time zone from five to six days.
Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase; please contact us at 252-928-1718, Mon-Fri 10am-5pm, for your return authorization number. Once your merchandise has been returned to us your credit card will be refunded the cost of the items returned. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred from the order.
